Do you drive from LAX to Disneyland?

Yes. LAX to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim is roughly 35 miles and about an hour outside peak traffic. We track your flight, meet you at baggage claim or curbside and quote the trip flat and upfront, so a delayed landing never changes the price.

Where does the chauffeur drop off at Disneyland?

We drop at your hotel entrance, or at the Harbor Boulevard and Downtown Disney drop-off areas closest to the park gates. Tell us your hotel and we route to its own porte-cochere.

Can you fit a family with strollers and car seats?

Yes. A First Class SUV carries a family of six with luggage and strollers, and Passenger Sprinters handle groups up to 14. Car seats and boosters can be added to any reservation at no charge — just tell us the ages.

Can we book a chauffeur for the whole day at the parks?

Yes, hourly as-directed with a four-hour minimum. Your chauffeur stays nearby for mid-day hotel breaks and takes you to dinner in Anaheim or Newport Beach after fireworks.

How far in advance should I book?

Reservations can be made 24/7 online or by calling 310-876-9810. We recommend booking at least a few hours ahead so we can assign a chauffeur and vehicle; same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Are your rates all upfront?

Yes. Your quote is calculated live from the exact pickup and drop-off addresses you enter and includes the chauffeur and fuel. Optional extras such as meet & greet ($49, parking included), child seats (rear or front facing $20, booster $10) and gratuity are shown before you reserve. Parking is billed after the trip is completed.

How do I pay?

A card is entered securely when you book and kept on file for the trip. Corporate clients can open a business account with direct invoicing.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once the reservation is confirmed.

What pickup time should I enter for an airport arrival?

Enter the arrival time shown on your flight reservation, plus your flight number. We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically if it lands early or is delayed, so there's no need to add extra time or call us.
